5. Scheduling and Attendance Policy

• Students must schedule sessions in advance through our booking system
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
• Teachers will wait 15 minutes for late students before considering the session canceled
• Make-up sessions are subject to teacher availability

6. Payment Terms

For our one-on-one teaching services:

• Fees are as stated at the time of booking and may vary by teacher qualification

• Refunds are available for unused sessions with certain conditions
